This type of proyect elaboration is always undertaken in this studio without running up any additional costs. The project es drawn up following basic climatic parameters such as orientation, prevailing winds etc. and takes the utmost care with the materials to be used and their characteristics.

The document will have a content provided by the Royal Decree nº 2512/1977 of 17^th June.

This elaboration will reflect the climatic details available in the National Meteorological Institute and any other general relevant documentation. The climatic parameters will be deeper, solar charts and comfort climograms will be prepared, along with other desing instruments necessary for a complete development of the project. The energy saving is considerable.

At this level, the most complete of all, every the climatic detail necessary for the design of the building es developed based on those obtained previously by the National Meteorological Institute and other general relevant documentation. A complete study of the particular conditions of any nature es carried out, evaluating the best desing according to these parameters.

To check the studies made, a table of the Evolution of the Internal Temperature of the building is drawn up, where the hygrothermal behaviour can be appreciated.

Later, if necessary, the project es redesigned to obtain a maximum energy saving by making full use of the exterior climatic conditions.

This last study permits the preparation of a project for the Energy Evaluation of the Building for possible grants due to energy saving, exploitation of natural resources (passive solar energy), sustained development, ect.

With any of the three kinds of project elaboration offered by this studio, the construction costsare not necessarily higher than those of a normal construction. The difference in choosing one method or another means a decrease in energy consumption throughout the building's life, and an increase in the degree of comfort and health.
